Our Mission

Our mission is to promote community wellness and empower individuals, by providing innovative, person-centered behavioral health services and education.

Agency Values

Clients served by the agency are our primary concern. It is important that we offer comprehensive services,  available to meet all client needs. Clients served by the agency play a central role in determining their own treatment. The client’s personal growth, health, welfare and safety are the first consideration for staff. The client’s needs must be responded to promptly in a positive, holistic, goal oriented approach.

The agency holds itself to the highest professional standards. Its clients depend on staff to individually and collectively provide them with top industry standards of service. It is the client’s right to expect excellence, and and it is staff’s responsibility to deliver it.

The agency’s staff will fulfill its mission with compassion, combining extensive clinical training and judgment with common sense, hard work, and dedication. The agency will always strive to select high quality staff and provide them with quality training and supervision in a productive, contemporary and professional manner.

The agency is committed to listening to people in the agency and the communities served, and incorporating their views into the decision making process.  Focusing on the issues at hand, staff should always seek solutions that are functional and not in contradiction with these principles. Staff must be innovative and continually explore new and better ways of delivering services while building on what has already been accomplished.
